Both the legal and the operational offices of Cesare Charter Portofino are located in Portofino. Our boats are docked near the Molo Umberto I. All our skippers are from Portofino and their families have been local residents for generations.

Cesare
Having grown up in Portofino, Cesare is a great connoisseur of every corner of this gem. Cesare will happily tell you about the evolutions that this enchanting village has had over time while maintaining its prestige and beauty unchanged.
Cesare loves sailing, windsurfing, and travelling. He grew up professionally within the nautical world and then founded the homonymous Cesare Charter in 1997 with the aim of sharing his knowledge and passions for these magnificent areas with tourists.
Giovanni
Being the descendant of several generations of sailors, Giovanni was born and grew up in close contact with the sea, maintaining a very strong bond with Portofino over time. Giovanni is a great fan of football and of sports in general, with a true love for photography and travelling. Having developed a passion for the Cesare Charter initiatives over the years, Giovanni decided to undertake this profession with enthusiasm and dedication, whilst sharing his knowledge of the territory with love.
Matteo
Matteo spent his childhood in the narrow alleys of Portofino, discovering the beauties of every spot all year round and becoming passionate about different aspects that life at sea offers.
He is an expert in different fishing techniques and a lover of quiet corners which are perfect for relaxing swims. Another great passion of his is travelling. During our tours, Matteo will eagerly show you the best and most suitable places for moments of tranquility.
